The Casio G-Shock GBD-H1000BAR-4 is a G-SQUAD training watch, the higher-end sibling to the GBD-100BAR-4 in an officially licensed collaboration with FC Barcelona for the documentary series Matchday: Inside FC Barcelona. Casio announced it December 15, 2021 alongside its sibling, releasing in Japan January 14, 2022 and in Europe from around €519. Its red, navy, and yellow resin case takes FC Barcelona's "blaugrana" colors, and its bezel is bright gold ion plating Casio's own release describes as evoking a winner's trophy, with the band carrying the club motto "Més que un club" and the senyera's four red stripes. GPS, a heart-rate monitor, and a Triple Sensor sit above the base GBD-100's accelerometer and Bluetooth link, with solar and USB charging.
