The Casio G-Shock GW-7900B-1 is the inverted-display GW-7900, released on 1 October 2009 beside the GW-7900-1. The two share the resin case, the four-screw G-Rescue front, Tough Solar charging, Multi-Band 6 radio reception and a tide graph. The B uses module 3200 rather than 3193. Casio's operation guide distinguishes their displays: 3193 puts dark figures on a light background, 3200 puts light figures on a dark one. (Casio; Casio Operation Guide 3193/3200) Casio also specifies a monotone grey ion-plated finish. On Michael B. Jordan's John Kelly in Without Remorse the frames never resolve the display at all.
