The Casio G-Shock GW-9400-3 RANGEMAN is the olive-green execution of the GW-9400, released alongside the black GW-9400-1 on 1 October 2013 on the same module 3410 and in the same 200 m resin case, with Tough Solar, Multi-Band 6 radio timekeeping and the Triple Sensor compass, altimeter, barometer and thermometer. What separates it from the black reference is more than the resin: the -3 carries a negative LCD, pale figures on a dark field, against the -1's positive one, and the button legends and sensor arrow are printed yellow against the olive. Both still carry module 3410, worth noticing because Casio gave the two display polarities of its 2009 GW-7900 separate module numbers, 3193 and 3200, but keeps both Rangeman screens under one.
