The Casio MRW-220HCM-5BV sets a brown resin case against a black resin band and a black rotating bezel graduated as a compass card, N, E, S and W at the quarters, with a tan and brown camouflage print filling the dial behind black Arabic numerals and a day-and-date window at three. It was released on 20 January 2019. (Casio) Under the camouflage it is mechanically the MRW-200H, module 5125, and the bezel carries the difference: where the MRW-200H's turns against a plain minute scale, this one is a compass card, and a reading aid rather than an instrument. Casio lists no magnetic sensor, so the cardinal points mean nothing until the wearer has aligned the ring against a bearing established some other way.
