Gucci 3000.2.M
The Gucci 3000.2.M is a gold-plated dress quartz from Gucci's original watchmaking line, one of the brand's best-selling timepieces through the 1980s. Its 33 mm case carries the house's signature green-red-green web stripe across the full dial, printed with the GUCCI wordmark and ringed by a gold bezel lettered with Roman numerals, on a leather strap. Severin Wunderman launched that watchmaking line in 1972 after licensing the Gucci name from Aldo Gucci, building the first Swiss-made fashion watches under the house's name.
