The Hamilton Khaki Pilot Pioneer Aluminum is the light-cased automatic of Hamilton's aviation line, its 41 mm case machined from anodised aluminium rather than steel so it wears far lighter than its size suggests. Reference H80485835 sets a black case against a black dial carrying the line's twin aviator tracks, a 24-hour ring inside and a minute scale outside, under a boxed sapphire crystal on a black NATO strap. The self-winding caliber H-10, built on an ETA 2824, drives it to an 80-hour power reserve behind 100 metres of water resistance. Introduced at Baselworld 2014, it is the everyday flier of the Khaki Aviation range, made around lightness rather than the drift-angle instrument that defines the X-Wind. (Worn & Wound; Hamilton)
