The Hamilton Khaki X-Wind Auto Chrono is the flagship of Hamilton's X-Wind aviation series and the piece that gave the line its name. Reference H77616533 carries what Hamilton bills as the first drift-angle calculator built into a watch: a crown-operated system that lets a pilot work out how a crosswind will push an aircraft off course. It is an automatic chronograph in a 44mm stainless-steel case, 15.55mm thick, with a black dial, a sapphire crystal, an exhibition caseback, a screw-down crown and 100-metre water resistance. The self-winding caliber H-21 drives the chronograph, day and date and delivers a 60-hour power reserve.
