The Hamilton Linwood is the round three-hand automatic in Hamilton's American Classic collection, distinct from the older Linwood Viewmatic it succeeded: a steel case on a leather strap around a guilloché-textured dial with faceted baton indices and a date window at 3 o'clock. It is a plainer, current-catalog counterpart to the discontinued Linwood Viewmatic that carried the name through the late 1990s and early 2000s. Hamilton's own historical film-credit page places a Linwood on Brandon Routh's Clark Kent/Superman in Superman Returns (2006) without naming a specific reference. (Hamilton)
