The Hamilton Military Ordnance is a 1940s American field watch built to United States Army requirements: a brushed steel case, luminous Arabic numerals, sub-seconds at 6 and a hand-wound movement on a fabric strap. Hamilton halted consumer production in 1942 to supply the armed forces, including Model 987A Army watches.
