The Hamilton Ventura Chrono is the chronograph reading of the triangular Ventura, the shield-shaped case Hamilton launched in 1957 as the world's first electric, battery-powered wristwatch. Hamilton has sold a Ventura chronograph since the late 1990s, tucking a tricompax subdial layout inside the asymmetric wedge case that the plain three-hand Ventura wears more sparsely. Hamilton's own historical film-credit page places a Ventura Chrono on Will Smith in Men in Black II (2002) without naming a specific reference or dial color; the current H24432941 execution postdates the film and stands in only as the family's representative image.
