The Knot Automatic Small Second (オートマティック スモールセコンド) is a 36 mm steel line from the Japanese maker Knot, an homage to its founding CS-36 that adds the mechanical movement the original could not have, with a small seconds subdial at 6 o'clock. The half-matte SUS316L case is 13 mm thick under a domed sapphire crystal. Knot sells the line as separate heads, such as the beige-dial CAS-36SVBE and the charcoal-dial CAS-36SVCG pictured, to be paired with its interchangeable straps; a sighting that names only the line attaches here.
