The Longines Conquest Heritage revives the dress-proportioned Conquest of the 1950s: a 35 mm case, a silver sunray dial, and the date placed at twelve rather than the usual three. The reference L1.611.8.78.4 is the 18-carat pink gold execution on a black leather strap.
Ralph Fiennes wears one as M in Spectre (2015). The photograph here is that watch: Christie's sold it from the film's own charity auction in February 2016, and Sotheby's re-offered the same example in 2018. Longines records that only two were worn by Fiennes during production. (Sotheby's) The reference should not be confused with the 60-piece Conquest Heritage 1954-2014, also in pink gold, which carries no date aperture at all.
