The Nixon The Fader is a dive-styled analog introduced on the A159 platform in 2010, when contemporary product coverage presented its blue and black builds for sale. (Cool Material) Its stainless-steel case measures about 44 mm across and 13 mm thick, sits under a domed hardened mineral crystal, and carries a 200 m water-resistance rating. A three-hand Japanese quartz movement drives the dial, finished with a polyurethane strap and steel buckle; the pictured gunmetal build is a left-handed "Lefty" with its crown at nine o'clock. The Fader pairs oversized legibility with genuine water resistance at an entry price. (The Watch Agency)
