Patek Philippe 5004P
More actions
The Patek Philippe 5004P is the platinum version of the reference 5004, the first split-seconds chronograph with perpetual calendar Patek Philippe ever produced in series. Unveiled at Baselworld 1994 and built until 2012, the 5004 pairs a rattrapante (two superimposed chronograph hands that can be split to time simultaneous events) with the full perpetual calendar and moon phase, in a compact 36.7 mm case that hides 15 mm of movement height. Its manually wound caliber CHR 27-70 Q is a heavily reworked Nouvelle Lemania 2310 base carrying Patek's calendar module and split-seconds mechanism, the manufacture's last Lemania-based chronograph caliber. Total production across all metals is estimated at only 800 to 1,000 pieces, roughly 350 to 450 of them platinum. (Collectability)
