The Patek Philippe Nautilus 5719/10G-010 is the fully gem-set Nautilus: a 40 mm white gold case and integrated bracelet set with 1,343 diamonds of roughly 18.73 carats, over a gold dial paved with 255 more. Under the pavé it is a standard Nautilus, the self-winding caliber 324 S C behind 120 m of water resistance (Patek Philippe, 2017). That figure is the argument the reference has with its own line: Gérald Genta drew the Nautilus in 1976 from a ship's porthole, and the first steel 3700/1 proposed that a luxury watch could be a tool rather than jewellery (Collectability). The 5719 sets every visible surface instead, which is how Takeoff uses it in I Get the Bag (2017). Patek no longer lists it (Patek Philippe).
