The Poljot Sturmanskie ("Штурманские", navigator's) is a Soviet military watch line dating to 1949, designed for Air Force navigators and later issued more broadly to pilots and cosmonauts; a simple time-only Sturmanskie is believed to have flown with Yuri Gagarin on the first crewed spaceflight in 1961. From the 1970s, a chronograph execution built around the in-house caliber 3133 became standard issue alongside the original time-only watch. (Wikipedia)
