The Porsche Design Indicator, introduced in 2004, is a titanium watch built around what the maker calls the world's first mechanical digital display chronograph. Rather than hands, jumping numeral discs mechanically display the time and stopwatch function, driven by a movement of roughly 800 parts, the most complicated the brand had built for series production.
