The Rolex Air-King Domino's Pizza is the incentive watch Domino's founder Tom Monaghan began awarding in 1977 through the "Domino's Challenge," after a franchisee who cleared a $20,000 sales week asked for the branded watch Monaghan wore. Early awards used the Air-King reference 5500, its small Domino's logo at 6 o'clock shrinking and gaining a tilt across later dial runs, with reference 14000 and Oyster Perpetual 114200 examples awarded as the program continued.
