The Rolex Daytona 16528 is the yellow-gold version of the first automatic Cosmograph Daytona, introduced in 1988 and made until 2000. Its caliber 4030 is based on Zenith's El Primero, reworked by Rolex, giving this generation its 'Zenith Daytona' nickname. The 40 mm Oyster case has screw-down chronograph pushers and sapphire glass.
