Seiko Selection SBPY160 Pokémon Venusaur
More actions
The Seiko Selection SBPY160 is the Venusaur model in a three-watch, 700-piece solar chronograph line Seiko released for Kanto-region Pokémon on August 6, 2021, alongside Charizard and Blastoise models at ¥49,500 each. Its green dial, gradated toward the flower on Venusaur's back, renders the move Solar Beam, with floral indices and a Vine Whip-styled bezel graphic; the 12 and 6 o'clock subdials depict pre-evolutions Bulbasaur and Ivysaur. A Poké Ball at 9 o'clock stands in for the running-seconds display, evoking the ball's wobble when catching a Pokémon. The 41mm stainless steel case has partial pink-gold plating, a sapphire crystal, and 10-bar water resistance; the caseback carries Venusaur's likeness and a serial number. It is licensed merchandise, not an in-game item. (Watch Media Online)
