The SuperGroupies Natsuki Model Watch is a $200.00 officially licensed watch styled around Natsuki, the manga-loving member of the literature club in Doki Doki Literature Club!. Accents of her trademark pink surround a brass dial ringed with her preferred poem words and cat, cupcake, and heart symbols, her hair clip forms the 10 o'clock hour marker, and a rotating black-and-clear disc turns once every 24 hours beneath the dial's cutouts, echoing the pixelated black blocks that glitch across her eyes elsewhere in the game. The stainless steel caseback is etched with the official Doki Doki Literature Club! logo and her official handwriting font, Ammys Handwriting, appears in the design. It runs on a Time Module PC39 quartz movement on a brown cow-leather strap. SuperGroupies sold it as a made-to-order item contingent on a crowdfunded minimum production goal, took pre-orders through 18 June 2023, and delivered from mid-December 2023; it is licensed merchandise rather than a watch depicted in the game.
