A 42 mm stainless case carries three subdials over a brass dial patterned with rust texture, uneven UV-printed flesh markers, and a wire-mesh center; the hour and chronograph-second hands are shaped after the Great Knife and Great Spear, a triangular-helmet motif sits at 12 o'clock on iridescent black shell, and the caseback is etched with the "Silent Hill 2" logo and James Sunderland's closing line to Pyramid Head.
