The SuperGroupies WORLD OF HORROR Model Watch is a $239.99 officially licensed quartz watch modeled on WORLD OF HORROR, pre-ordered from June 24 to August 3, 2025, for delivery in late January 2026. Its black dial reproduces the ritual summoning circle of the Old God EH-ŻHAL, "the Inconceivable Sadness," and the date window at 3 o'clock stands in for the game's DOOM percentage meter, its readout mechanically capped at 31 by the day-of-month wheel it repurposes. The reversible cow-leather strap runs black on top and white on the underside to echo the game's 1-bit Macintosh-style art, and the case back is etched with the in-game shop and its dog vendor alongside the official logo.
