Billy Campbell (born July 7, 1959, in Charlottesville, Virginia) is an American actor active since 1981. He starred in the title role of The Rocketeer (1991), earned a Golden Globe nomination as Rick Sammler on Once and Again (1999-2002), played mayoral candidate Darren Richmond across three seasons of AMC's The Killing, and won three Canadian Screen Awards for the drama series Cardinal (2017-2020).
