Bong Tae-gyu (born 19 May 1981 in Seoul) is a South Korean actor who debuted in the film Tears (2000) and spent the 2000s in comic and youthful film parts such as Conduct Zero (2002) before a run of television roles. He is best known as Lee Kyu-jin, the whining, mother-dominated divorce lawyer of Hera Palace who helps cover up Min Seol-ah's death and later enters politics, across all three seasons of the SBS melodrama The Penthouse: War in Life (2020–2021).
