Chizuru Ikewaki (born 21 November 1981) is a Japanese actress who won the Best New Talent award at the 2000 Yokohama Film Festival for Osaka Story (1999) and voiced Haru in Studio Ghibli's The Cat Returns (2002). Her film work includes Josee, the Tiger and the Fish (2003), Hirokazu Kore-eda's Palme d'Or-winning Shoplifters (2018) as Kie Miyabe, and My Small Land (2022). She plays Setsuko Takano, the editor for novelist Mitsuo Suwa, in Tora-san, Wish You Were Here (2019).
