Emanuel Pârvu is a Romanian actor and filmmaker who won Best Director at the 2017 Sarajevo Film Festival for Meda or the Not So Bright Side of Things, and whose film Three Kilometres to the End of the World competed for the Palme d'Or at Cannes 2024, winning the Queer Palm; he plays police inspector Marius Preda in Miracle (2021).
