Bogdan George Apetri directs this Romanian drama, originally titled Miracol. A 19-year-old novice secretly leaves her isolated convent to settle urgent business in the city, and that same evening, on her way back, her fate takes a turn; police inspector Marius Preda, determined to solve the case by any means necessary, finds the investigation quickly becoming an obsession.
