Ethan Suplee (born 1976) is an American character actor whose range runs from Kevin Smith's Mallrats (1995) and the skinhead Seth in American History X (1998) through Remember the Titans (2000), Randy Hickey on My Name Is Earl (2005–2009), and Stratton Oakmont broker Toby Welch in The Wolf of Wall Street (2013).
