Fumiyo Kohinata (born January 23, 1954, in Mikasa, Hokkaido) is a Japanese actor. He played prosecutor Takayuki Suetsugu in the hit 2001 TV drama HERO, reprising the role in its 2007 and 2014 film versions, and played Detective Kataoka in Outrage (2010) and its sequel Beyond Outrage (2012). His prolific filmography also includes Ring 2 (1999), Audition (1999), Dark Water (2002), and Swing Girls (2004). In The Confidence Man JP: The Movie, he plays Richard, the veteran con artist of the series' central trio of grifters. (Wikipedia)
