The Confidence Man JP: The Movie is a 2019 Japanese film directed by Ryo Tanaka, the first theatrical installment of the franchise built on the 2018 television series and released 17 May 2019 through Toho and Pony Canyon. Masami Nagasawa returns as grifter "Dako," running a new long con alongside Masahiro Higashide's "Boku-chan" and Fumiyo Kohinata's "Richard"; Haruma Miura joins the crew as Jesse, a younger grifter drawn into the team's latest scheme.
