Jean Imbert (born 18 July 1981 in Châtenay-Malabry) is a French chef who trained at the Institut Paul Bocuse, opened the Paris restaurant L'Acajou at twenty-two and won the third season of M6's Top Chef in 2012; he took over the kitchens of the Plaza Athénée in Paris in 2021. (Wikipedia)
