Jimmy Smits, born in Brooklyn in 1955, is an American actor with an Emmy for L.A. Law's Victor Sifuentes and five years as NYPD Blue's Bobby Simone. He played Bail Organa in the Star Wars prequels and Rogue One, ADA Miguel Prado in Dexter's third season (earning an Emmy nomination as the show's most dangerous ally) and Kevin Rosario in In the Heights.
