Joe Kenda (born 28 August 1946) is a retired American police lieutenant who worked homicide cases for the Colorado Springs Police Department from 1973 to 1996, closing 356 of 387 cases he investigated. He narrates and appears as himself in Investigation Discovery's Homicide Hunter: Lt. Joe Kenda, recounting his own cases alongside dramatized reenactments, and later hosted the follow-up series American Detective with Lt. Joe Kenda. (Wikipedia)
