Liu Mintao (born 10 January 1976 in Yantai, Shandong) is a Chinese actress and a first-class performer with the China Coal Mine Art Troupe, a graduate of the Central Academy of Drama. She gained wide recognition in 2015 for contrasting roles in the espionage drama The Disguiser and the political drama Nirvana in Fire, and plays rival senior partner Gu Jie in The Best Partner (2019).
