Michael Aloni is an Israeli actor, director and writer, born in Tel Aviv in 1984, best known internationally as Akiva Shtisel in the Netflix-distributed drama Shtisel and as Gabriel Ermosa in The Beauty Queen of Jerusalem. He plays Dotan "Himmler" Friedman, one of four Israeli Special Forces veterans reunited for a rescue mission in the Colombian jungle, in Keshet 12's When Heroes Fly. (Wikipedia)
