Mitsuru Fukikoshi (born 17 February 1965 in Aomori Prefecture) is a Japanese character actor who moved to Tokyo at nineteen and spent years with the Wahaha Honpo theater troupe before building a prolific screen career. He appears in The Twilight Samurai (2002) and Lesson of the Evil (2012), often cast as a police detective, and plays commanding inspector Aso in Sakka Keiji Busujima Shinri. (Wikipedia)
