Naho Toda (born March 13, 1974, in Hiroshima) is a Japanese actress affiliated with Horipro, discovered as the grand-prize winner of the agency's 1990 nationwide talent-scout caravan among roughly 34,000 applicants. She made her acting debut in 1991 and became widely known playing the heroine of NHK's 1993 morning drama Ee Nyobo. She plays Rika Mizuno in The Memory Eraser.
