Nobuko Miyamoto (born 27 March 1945) is a Japanese actress who made her film debut in 1966 and starred in her husband Juzo Itami's films during their 1969-1997 marriage, including Tampopo (1985) and A Taxing Woman (1987), winning the Japan Academy Film Prize for the latter. She plays the mysterious Izumi in The Diamond Sleeping in the Sea. (Wikipedia)
