P. J. Byrne (born 1974) is an American character actor from New Jersey best known as Nicky "Rugrat" Koskoff, the toupee-wearing Stratton Oakmont partner in The Wolf of Wall Street (2013). He voiced the earthbender Bolin through all four seasons of The Legend of Korra (2012–2014), played Principal Nippal in HBO's Big Little Lies, and opened Final Destination 5 (2011) as doomed salesman Isaac Palmer.
