Paul Reiser is an American actor, comedian, and writer born in New York City in 1956. He appeared in Diner (1982) and Beverly Hills Cop (1984) before playing the ambitious Weyland-Yutani executive Carter Burke in Aliens, then co-created and starred as Paul Buchman opposite Helen Hunt in the sitcom Mad About You (1992–1999), for which he earned Emmy and Golden Globe nominations. He later joined Netflix's Stranger Things as Dr. Sam Owens. (Wikipedia)
