Scott Wilson (1942–2018) was an American actor whose breakout came as the killer Richard Hickock in In Cold Blood (1967), followed by The Great Gatsby (1974), The Right Stuff (1983), a Golden Globe nomination for The Ninth Configuration (1980), and Junebug (2005). To a later audience he is the veterinarian Hershel Greene of The Walking Dead, whose farm shelters the survivors and whose pocket watch passes to Glenn. (Wikipedia)
