Shinichi Tsutsumi (born July 7, 1964, in Nishinomiya, Hyogo) is a Japanese stage and screen actor who won the Japan Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for Always: Sunset on Third Street (2005) and is closely associated with director-actor SABU's films. He plays detective Koichi Takagi in the Suspect X franchise and architect Kazuto Ishikawa in Hope, the 2020 adaptation of Shusuke Shizukui's novel. (Wikipedia)
