Xavier Pincemin (born 8 November 1989 in Versailles) is a French chef who won the seventh season of M6's Top Chef in April 2016 after a run that ended in the final against Coline Faulquier, and who returned to his home town to open his own gastronomic restaurant, Le Pincemin, listed by the Michelin guide, after cooking at the Trianon Palace in Versailles.
