Casio G-Shock DW-6900FS Akira Kaneda
Official product partnership — not an in-work appearance. Casio announced this Akira 30th-anniversary G-Shock in December 2012 and released it April 30, 2013 exclusively through Japan's LaLaBit Market, limited to 1,000 pieces at ¥19,800 and developed under Katsuhiro Otomo's own supervision. Based on the DW-6900FS, its glossy red case echoes Kaneda's biker jacket, the EL backlight lights up with the Capsules gang's pill-shaped emblem, the case back is engraved with the Harukiya bar, and the band is printed with the gang's "Good for Health, Bad for Education" motto alongside a barcode reproducing Kaneda's driver's license number. It is a real licensed anime-associated watch rather than a model shown on a character's wrist. (50 Gs, G-Bridges)
