Promare is a 2019 Japanese animated science-fiction action film co-produced by Trigger and XFLAG, directed by Hiroyuki Imaishi and written by Kazuki Nakashima. Thirty years after mass spontaneous combustions create a class of pyrokinetic humans called the Burnish, firefighter Galo Thymos (Kenichi Matsuyama) of Burning Rescue clashes with Lio Fotia (Taichi Saotome), leader of the radical Burnish group Mad Burnish, and uncovers a conspiracy run by Promepolis's governor, Kray Foresight (Masato Sakai).
