MSTR (Meister Watches) is an independent Los Angeles watch brand founded in June 2009 by Kingson Tse and Ryan Pietersz to give designer watches a streetwear sensibility, working carbon fiber, stainless steel, and unusual leathers into bold oversized cases. The name abbreviates the German Meister (master), and the brand is best known for numbered limited collaborations with musicians, athletes, and gaming properties such as PlayStation's The Last of Us.
