Naval Special Warfare's long-running affinity for Rolex and Tudor dive watches makes the choice fit the character, though it departs from the historical record: the real Woods advertised a Rolex Sea-Dweller 16660 and a Panerai Luminor Marina for sale on RolexForums in January 2010, not a Submariner.
