It follows a group of people who fake their deaths and decide to form a vigilante team in order to stage a coup d'état against a ruthless dictator. Directed by Michael Bay from a script by Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick, the 2019 Netflix action film casts Ryan Reynolds as "One," a tech billionaire who erases his own identity to fund and lead the six-person crew through Florence, Hong Kong and the fictional state of Turgistan.
