Antoine Fuqua's crime drama, premiered at Sundance on 16 January 2009 and released in the United States by Overture Films on 5 March 2010, follows three Brooklyn police officers: patrolman Eddie Dugan (Richard Gere), undercover detective Clarence "Tango" Butler (Don Cheadle) and narcotics detective Sal Procida (Ethan Hawke), with Wesley Snipes as the dealer Casanova "Caz" Phillips. Sports Hankook's survey of Breitling on screen (23 October 2016) states that the watch worn by Don Cheadle's undercover detective Tango is a Breitling Navitimer, and the columnist's frame shows Tango at the wheel of a car in a white shirt, a steel chronograph with a dark dial and a ribbed bezel on his left wrist.
